Deposit required
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total is required to secure your order. This deposit goes towards your total as well. Remaining balance will be paid when picked up.
no refunds
All blooms from Lilaflowers are non refundable and non exchangeable after purchase. Once you pick up your bouquet we are no longer responsible for it.
If you give an incorrect date for an event or pickup and fail to notify of the correct date within 3 days before the date of the original order - we cannot offer a refund.
We are not able to offer any refunds, exchanges, or changes to arrangements after it's been picked up by the client/s nor can we alter arrangements after it's been handed to the client. If wanted a last minute change in your arrangement a- 24 hour prior notice is required.
The care you give your arrangement will determine how long they last. Please give your florals the proper care given.
